I have been working in the IT industry for about 9 years, most of which at the consumer support level. Prior to my current job I worked for Geek Squad on the MRI Development Team which develops the toolset required by it’s agents to fix their customers computers. Having worked for Geek Squad at many levels in the company for 6 years, I am sympathetic to the average consumers needs from their computer.
