How to submit bugs in Windows 7 (build 7100)

With the new Windows 7 Release Candidate (build 7100) there is no longer the over abundance of “Submit Feedback” links and shortcuts all over the User Interface. Â So if you want to submit a bug how do you do it?
Start -> Run -> rundll32.exe FeedbackTool.dll,ShowWizard
