Quickly Create a Restore Point

Posted by The Geek

I have always loved creating restore points prior to working on customers machines.  It kind of gives me a comforting feeling to know that I have something to fall back on if I get a little too aggressive in deleting registry keys.  It is not a guarantee that I will be able to resuscitate the OS but it is better than not having backups at all.

Quick Restore Point Maker makes this task even quicker.  Just by launching the application a restore point is created and labeled “QuickRestoreMaker Generated”.  While it normally only takes a few moments to create a restore point, I love the simplicity of Quick Restore Maker and the ability to add it to a script.
