System 7 or “Mac OS 7″ is the latest legacy OS on a cell phone thanks to the guys at Mac OS iPhone. Â It is pretty surprising that every geek with a lot of time on their hands is deciding the coolest thing to do right now is install legacy operating systems to cell phones.
Overall the System 7 looks really polished running on the iPhone and the guys doing it are looking to release the how-to relatively soon.  They don’t say how the performance is but I am sure its pretty stellar compared to the Motorola  68k processor it was originally designed for.
