Psystar, Apple fanboys to the furthest extent

Apple is notorious for protecting their OS and hardware but things are starting to really heat up in their fight against Psystar.  There is an abundance of information out there on how to install OS X on a PC but Psystar has taken it a step further and is actually selling computers with it pre-installed.

For only $599 you can buy a desktop computer running OS X with moderate specs.  It comes without keyboard, mouse, monitor etc. which is standard for most PC purchases.  The computer itself is not the interesting part, Apple’s reaction will be is what we are all waiting for.

Psystar has been fighting tooth and nail to try and stay in the Mac clone market.  Apple has sued them to try and prevent them from releasing the clone and Psystar has counter-sued them to get their claims thrown out of court.  Psystar has even go so far as to claim that Apple never copyrighted OS X.  Some how I think that Apple lawyers would not forget something so big as a copyright for an operating system.

All of this comes down to Psystar really loves Apple and enjoy the punishment they receive from them. Either that or all of the media attention is helping them to sell more computers.
