Imran Hussain at ithinkdifferent has posted some Windows 7 themes.  XP was also capable of adding in different themes however Microsoft did not make it as easy as they should have to create new ones.  Imran’s themes are basically some color changes and apply different wallpapers.  It’s nice if your like me and are not interested in playing with the color sliders to change the look of your Windows 7.
