IE 8 is out, but not for Windows 7 users
Internet Explorer 8 is now available for download but not everyone gets to “enjoy” it. It would appear that while the browser itself is ready for mainstream it is not going to be available for Windows 7 beta users. Internet Explorer 8 is being released TODAY! The official download will be available starting at 12 noon EST from Microsoft.
