With the new Windows 7 Release Candidate (build 7100) there is no longer the over abundance of “Submit Feedback” links and shortcuts all over the User Interface. So if you want to submit a bug how do you do it?
Start -> Run -> rundll32.exe FeedbackTool.dll,ShowWizard
The Send Feedback wizard will then open and you can enter in the details of your bug. At this point in the release you should only be submitting actual bugs/problems as they are way past the point of accepting regular feedback.
