Skins for operating systems are nothing new but there is one skin in particular that could give new life and boost sales for Palm.  This week TealPoint Software has released TealOS for Palm 5.0 devices.  TealOS is unique in that it is the first emulator of Palm’s webOS which has not even been released yet.

TealOS is also selling at a pretty amazing price point of only $14.95 which is bound to draw Palm users to it.  While it is pretty common for OSes not released yet to have skins emulate them this is a really good sign for Palm and their design of webOS.
